After completing a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Japanese at the University of Sydney (an unexpected but surprisingly useful combo), Liza took the scenic route through real estate and tech roles across Japan, the US, Hong Kong, and Australia. Working in such diverse markets taught her how to connect with just about anyone, anywhere and client referrals are proof.
With a calm and direct approach clients often describe working with Liza as “seamless” and “stress-free,” thanks to her professionalism, attention to detail, and knack for actually listening.
When she’s not negotiating or showing properties, Liza can usually be found playing pickleball, cycling along the coast, or leading the Community Defib Project in Avoca Beach—working to install 24/7 accessible defibrillators for her neighbours (because saving lives is her kind of community service).
She speaks English, Cantonese, and enough Japanese to confidently order sushi. And yes, she once appeared on a US Travel Network reality show—but don’t worry, she’s sticking to real estate.
